Palm Beach is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Kravis Center. It all started when local entrepreneur and businessman Alexander Dreyfoos Jr. started a campaign to build a local theater. With the support of many local and winter residents, including Raymond F. Kravis, what started as a dream turned into reality by 1992. Today, at the 25th anniversary the Kravis Center, we celebrate the Kravis Center’s daily commitment to the Arts. With about 10 million visitors and 13,000 performances over the past 25 years, the performing arts center is the largest cultural institution in Palm Beach County.
