Lake Way in Palm Beach has sold for $8.75 million,” writes Darrell Hofheinz of the Palm Beach Daily News in his August 23^rd, 2017 column. The 1952 house was approved for demolition last week. The home was listed by Christian Angle Real Estate for $9.875 million and was under contract within two months.
