“Palm Beach’s condominium market last year was a zippy place indeed, according to a new real estate analysis. After years of struggling to rebound from the Great Recession, sales of condominiums and cooperative units on the island outperformed single-family properties by nearly every measure, the latest Evans Report confirms” writes Darrell Hofheinz in the Palm Beach Daily News’s edition posted March 20th,2016.
