Residents and businesses are excited as the brand new Flagler Memorial Bridge opened up to traffic this past Sunday. So far traffic is limited to one lane east and one lane westward bound, but we are looking forward to all four lanes open soon. “All of the residents and guests and visitors and friends that live and work in the town of Palm Beach are delighted to have the opening of the new bridge, albeit one lane in each direction” Aleese Kopf quotes Palm Beach mayor Gail Coniglio in the Palm Beach Daily News Dec 19th, 2016.
