Estate Section

Just south of the world-renowned Worth Avenue lies the Estate Section of Palm Beach Island. The iconic homes and winter estates of the seasonal residents for which Palm Beach is famous can be found here. Impressive properties span the distance from ocean to lake. Lavish and manicured landscaping lend the area its sophisticated look. Many of these pieces of prime Palm Beach real estate are well known, including the Bath and Tennis Club, built by Edward F. Hutton; the famed Trump club, Mar-a-Lago; and Everglades Island, which overlooks not only the beautiful Lake Worth Lagoon, but also the stunning Everglades Gold Course. The Estate Section of Palm Beach Island is an ideal location if you are in search of the perfect Palm Beach Estate.

Mid Town

Set in the middle of Palm Beach Island, Midtown offers some of the most beautiful Palm Beach Island homes and condos, and the proximity of Worth Avenue to these properties ensures that Midtown is prized for its superb shopping and dining. Historical walking tours of the avenue emphasize that this hub of luxury has a long tradition of style and grandeur. Worth Avenue provides a lively atmosphere, hosting events ranging from the Wine and Food Festival to the annual Pet Parade.

An early tennis match followed by a round of golf or some relaxing hours by the pool form the ideal day for many Midtown residents. There are, however, many more attractions to consider, such as the Henry Flagler Museum, the Royal Poinciana Chapel, Bethesda By the Sea, or The Society of the Four Arts with the variety of cultural events that it offers. Royal Palm Way, often referred to as “Bankers Row,” houses world-renowned commercial tenants ranging from international and national financial companies and banks to numerous professional services. Town docks can also be found in this section of the island, providing opportunities for distractions such as fishing and boat shows.

North End

To many, the North End offers the most relaxing lifestyle on the island. With a mix of large Palm Beach Oceanfront Estates and smaller homes, the area serves a wide range of price points. Ending at the Palm Beach Inlet, the North End remains less traveled, creating an almost suburban area compared to the southern parts of the island. The beaches of the North End are primarily private and secluded, and many of them house elaborate, tropical beach bungalows perfect for oceanfront entertaining.

Another great outdoor amenity of this area is the Palm Beach Bike Trail which stretches from the middle of the island up to its northern tip. The trail runs along the lake, providing great views and a perfect place to run, bike, skate, or walk your dog free from the threat of cars.
