Can you put a price on experience?

According to the Wall Street Journal’s article from September 13th, 2013 you can when it comes to real estate.  Quoting Professor Bennie Waller, professor of finance and real estate at Longwood University in Farmville, VA and the WSJ article, ” The more experience you have, the more likely you are to sell the properties that you list, the more likely you are to sell it at a higher price and the less time it stays on the market.” The article goes on to state that “Two-thirds of properties listed by veteran agents sold, while only half of the properties listed by rookies did.”  Read more about this in the Wall Street Journal’s September 13,2013 edition, section M10.
